Tempura butter

  • 1cup wheat flour 
  • 180cc water
  • 1 egg 

Crispy yuba rolls recipe

Preparation:

  1. Prepare dashi and yuba rolls in a pan and heat. When starts boiling, add soy sause and mirin. Cook low
  2. Heat for 3 mins and turn off heat.
  3. After cools down, heat again until dashi is evaporated.
  4. Sprinkle wheat flour on yuba rolls, court with tempura butter and wrap around with kadaif .
  5. Fry the yuba rolls with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain at 160 degree in Celsius.
  6. Gradually increase the temperature until the rolls become crispy.
