The chuck steak is one of the most affordable cuts of the beef. But that doesn’t mean it is not delicious and tasty when well prepared.
Beef is always a versatile meat, and the chuck steak can be prepared in different ways. Today, you will learn how to make grilled beef chuck steak with a simple marinade and then a couple of sauce options to go along with the meat.
Ask your local butcher for a chuck steak of about 1 ½ inches thick. That’s usually the best thickness for steak to be well seared on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside.
