Chili Cheese Burger recipe made with olive oil

While hamburgers are often associated with fast food and quick eats, that doesn’t mean that they can’t be glamourous and delicious. This cheese burger packs a punch and is not for the faint of heart. By laying them on top of tasty sesame brioche buns with the variety of sauces and toppings suggested in this recipe, you will have a decadent cheeseburger in no time! Preparation:

  1. Form the beef into patties, seasoning it as desired, meanwhile heat Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain in a sautee pan.
  2. Add burger patties on a sizzling sautee pan and flip after 10-15 minutes.
  3. Add slices of cheese until melted and beef is cooked to your preference.
  4. To make the sauce, stir all ingredients together.
  5. To assemple the burger, put sauce on both bread slices, then the patty, with chopped red onion and lettuce, top with more sauce.

  • 1 3/4 lbs ground chuck steak
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
  • 1 large red onion sliced
  • 4 sesame-topped brioche burger buns
  • 1/4 of an iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 4 slices of cheddar or gouda cheese
  • Burger Sauce
  • 2 heaping tablespoons mayo
  • 1 heaping tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Chipotle sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
