How to make baked pasta with cheese:
Preheat the oven to 400° F.
Put the tomatoes, salt, red pepper flakes, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain in a baking dish. Mix well and bake for 20 minutes.
Add the crumbled cheese and bake for a few more minutes.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, reserving a bit of the cooking water.
When the tomatoes and cheese begin to brown, remove from the oven.
Add the basil and garlic, sprinkle with pepper, and stir.
Add the pasta with a bit of cooking water. Mix well and serve.
