Roasted strawberry and chia recipe

Preparation:

1. Add the almond milk, 2 tbsps maple syrup, 1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain and chia seeds to a bowl.
2. Blend with an immersion blender for one minute, add lemon and vanilla essence. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. The next morning assemble the smoothie bowls.
4. Roast the strawberries in a pan with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain and honey or maple syprup.
5. Top the bowls with coconut flakes and roasted strawberries.
