Chickpea hummus recipe
- Cook the chickpeas in hot salted water. Drain and blend them, adding some cooking stock if the mixture is very thick.
- Mix in the tahini paste and the lemon juice.
- Serve on a plate and spread it out using a spoon.
- Sprinkle over some paprika and chopped coriander and drizzle with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spainl.
- Serve with pita bread.
