Minilla de Camaron recipe
- Gently heat the Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain in a saucepan. Add red onions.
- Once the onions are transparent and softened, add diced tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped shrimp. Cook until they turn pink.
- Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Serve it hot with sliced Spanish bread or chilled.
