Minilla de Camaron recipe
Preparation:
Gently heat the
Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
in a saucepan. Add red onions.
Once the onions are transparent and softened, add diced tomatoes. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add chopped shrimp. Cook until they turn pink.
Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve it hot with sliced Spanish bread or chilled.
