Chocolate mug cake


  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Tablespoons flour
  • 4 Tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/3 Teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 Tablespoons milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil from Spain

Preparation method

  1. In a bowl add the tablespoons of flour together with the sugar, the cocoa powder, and the baking powder.
    Stir the ingredients with the help of a fork.
  2. Afterwards, in a separate bowl, beat the egg until it bubbles and mix it with the powdered ingredients.
  3. Then add the milk and the extra virgin olive oil from Spain. Mix until homogeneous.
  4. Make sure the cup you use is microwave safe and place it inside.
  5. Avoid filling the cup as the mug cake will grow and could overflow.
  6. Then, place it for 3 minutes, halfway through the cooking time, and turn the mug around. Finally, let it cool for 5 minutes.

Vanilla mug cake


  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 5 Tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of baking powder
  • 3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil from Spain

Preparation method

  1. In the bowl where you are baking the mug cake, add the egg and beat it with the sugar using a fork until it creates bubbles.
  2. Add the vanilla extract, milk, and extra virgin olive oil from Spain, while continuing to mix.
  3. Then add the flour and baking powder.
  4. Afterwards, place in the microwave for 1 minute and turn the bowl. Finally, leave it for 50 seconds more, and after 5 minutes of cooling, it will be ready to eat.

Banana mug cake


  • ½ Banana
  • 3 Tablespoons oat flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1-Ounce chocolate
  • Cinnamon powder
  • ¼ Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil from Spain

Preparation method

  1. Place the peeled banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
  2. Then add the yeast, oat flour, brown sugar, and extra virgin olive oil from Spain. Mix the ingredients well until incorporated.
  3. Add cinnamon to taste and the chocolate over the dough.
  4. Then, cook it in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minute or until the cake is ready.

Carrot mug cake


  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • ½ Teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 Grated carrot
  • 3 Chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tablespoon raisins
  • 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil from Spain
  • Salt

Preparation method

  1. Start with a microwave-safe bowl and add the extra virgin olive oil from Spain, egg, milk, vanilla, and sugar.
  2. Mix all the ingredients with a fork.
  3. Subsequently, integrate the flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Next, add the carrot, walnuts, and raisins to the mixture and beat.
  5. Once all the ingredients are integrated place in microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds and let cool.
