Ingredients (5 pax )

  • 50g Mitsuba 
  •  50g Carrot
  • 50g Burdock 
  • 50g Bamboo shoot 
  • 50g Udo (mountain plant) 
  • 750cc Dashi 
  • 1 table spoon Sake 
  • 3g Sea salt 
  • 1 tea spoon Soy sauce 
  • 1 table spoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
  • 1 tea spoon Black pepper 

Sawani-wan recipe

Preparation:

  1. Cut all the vegetables in fine stripes.
  2. Heat a pan, sautée the vegetables with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
  3. Add dash in the pan, season with salt, sake and soy sauce.
  4. Serve in a bowl with black peppers.
