12月21日と22日にモスクワ市のクリスマス・フェアに参加した、スペイン人シェフのホルヘ・デ・アンヘル・モリネル氏にインタビューをしました。モリネルシェフは、スペインのオリーブオイルを使って、とてもおいしい名物お菓子であるロスコン・デ・レジェスを8個も作りました。このお菓子は大反響で、来場者にとても人気がありました。そのときの写真を拝見したところ、一口だけでも残してもらえば良かった、とつい考えてしまったほどです。
