There is! Use olive oil, especially olive oil from Spain, which enhances the flavour of not only your pie crust, but of all your recipes.

Making pie crust can be a little complicated, and sometimes we resort to buying pre-made dough, which is not as tasty or healthy as a homemade crust made with olive oil.
