On 11th February, Ramón Estruch, one of the world’s leading experts on the effects of diet on health, is presenting the main findings from the PREDIMED Study he is directing to a select group of US healthcare professionals. Estruch will speak about the health benefits of eating a Mediterranean Diet supplemented by extra virgin olive oil at the Healthy Kitchens, Healthy Lives conference organized by The Culinary Institute of America and Harvard University’s T. H. Chan School of Public Health, to be held in Napa Valley, California.
