Fruits, vegetables and Olive Oils from Spain for your healthiest summer yet

The sun, the heat, hydration problems and taking part in more outdoor activities… summer can be a testing time for your skin. That's why you need to take even better care of yourself, starting with a healthy, balanced diet, full of fruits and vegetables that are rich in vitamin A, which has been proven to be highly effective at keeping skin healthy. Summertime brings with it a huge range of foods rich in this compound such as apricots, melons, lettuces, carrots, cucumbers and, of course, tomatoes. These foods are even healthier when enriched with extra virgin olive oil, which adds another essential vitamin for health – vitamin E, a powerful natural antioxidant.
