Workshops «Science, Cooking and Healthy Eating» (2011).

Spanish Olive Oils are also culture: it is a reality that we wanted to share through this initiative, which was developed in 15 Cervantes Institute centres spread around the world. They promoted the holding of meetings at these centres, in which a nutritionist and a chef taught participating students about a healthy diet based largely on olive oils.
