In 2012, we held «Spanish Olive Oil: Culture, Science and Cuisine» workshops. Students participated in these workshops from 29 Cervantes Institute centres in 19 countries (6 from Asia, 3 from Africa, 9 from America and 11 from Europe), and they were taught that the Spanish Olive Oils are key to Spanish cuisine, culture and health.
