The fact that Spain is the world leader in terms of the quality and quantity of olive oil it produces was the angle that we showcased at this Conference. For three days, Córdoba was the global capital of extra virgin olive oil, where 200 experts discussed the reality of the product from the technical and economic aspects, but also from the perspectives of cuisine and health, celebrating the benefits of our oils with us, using them in all kinds of cooking techniques in the hands of international chefs.
